Dual NPN in a small footprint
The Infineon BC846UE6327HTSA1 packs two NPN transistors in a single SC-74-6 (SOT-457) surface-mount package, saving board space and simplifying layout for dual-stage amplifiers, current mirrors, or complementary driver pairs. Each transistor is rated for a collector-emitter breakdown voltage of 65 V and a continuous collector current of 100 mA, with a minimum DC current gain of 200 at 2 mA collector current and 5 V Vce. The 250 MHz transition frequency gives it enough bandwidth for moderate-speed switching up into the VHF range.

Buyers should place their last-time-buy quantities promptly to cover production needs through the end-of-life transition.
The 65 V Vce(max) gives headroom for 24 V and 48 V industrial rails, but the 100 mA Ic(max) limits the transistor to signal-level and low-power driver stages — not for power switching above a few hundred milliwatts. The 250 mW power dissipation is the total package limit; derating is needed if both transistors conduct simultaneously at elevated ambient temperatures. The 250 MHz fT supports switching up to several tens of MHz, but the saturation voltage of 600 mV at 100 mA means the transistor is not optimized for low-Vce(sat) applications like high-efficiency level shifters.
The SC-74-6 (SOT-457) package is a standard small-outline footprint with a 1.5 mm body width, suitable for dense PCB layouts.
