Dual Schottky array for fast-switching and protection
The Infineon BAS7007WH6327XTSA1 is a dual Schottky diode array in a compact SOT-343 package, configured as two independent diodes. The 70 V reverse voltage rating and 70 mA average rectified current per diode cover typical signal-level protection and switching loads in telecom, industrial control, and portable equipment.
The 100 ps reverse recovery time is the headline spec for this Schottky array. It means the diode switches off almost instantaneously, which is critical for RF front-ends, high-speed data-line protection, and switching power supply snubbers where reverse-recovery losses and ringing directly affect efficiency and signal integrity. A slower diode would introduce timing errors or extra dissipation at frequencies above a few megahertz; this part keeps the recovery tail negligible.
70 V blocking and leakage profile
The 70 V maximum reverse voltage (Vr) provides headroom for bus protection, and the 100 nA leakage at 50 V reverse bias is low enough to avoid loading sensitive nodes in battery-powered or high-impedance circuits.
