The 100 ps reverse recovery time is the headline spec for this Schottky array. It means the diode switches off almost instantaneously, which is critical for RF front-ends, high-speed data-line protection, and switching power supply snubbers where reverse-recovery losses and ringing directly affect efficiency and signal integrity.
