70 V Schottky pair in a SOT-323 — where it fits
The Infineon BAS7006WH6327XTSA1 is a dual Schottky diode array in a common-anode configuration, housed in a PG-SOT323 package. It is rated for a maximum reverse voltage of 70 V and delivers a 100 ps typical reverse recovery time — fast enough to handle high-frequency rectification and clamping without ringing. Each diode is rated for 70 mA average rectified current (DC), with a forward voltage drop of 1 V at 15 mA. Reverse leakage is 100 nA at 50 V, which keeps standing power low in battery-operated gear.
Common-anode layout — one shared cathode node
The 1 Pair Common Anode configuration means the two cathodes share a single node — the anodes are separate. This suits OR-ing diodes on a shared supply rail, dual-series clamping, or creating a full-wave rectifier with a centre-tapped transformer where the common cathode connects to the positive output. The SOT-323 (PG-SOT323) footprint is compact — about 2.0 × 1.25 mm.
Lifecycle and sourcing — no LTB clock ticking
It is ROHS3 compliant.
