70 V, 70 mA Schottky pair — what the ratings mean
The Infineon BAS7006WE6327HTSA1 is a dual Schottky diode in a common-anode configuration, rated for a maximum DC reverse voltage of 70 V and an average rectified current of 70 mA per diode. The 100 ps reverse recovery time is the key differentiator here — this is a fast-switching Schottky, not a general-purpose rectifier, suited for low-voltage, high-frequency clamping, flyback catch, and OR-ing applications where stored charge in a PN junction would slow the edge or cause overshoot.
Sourcing is through independent distribution — we locate and quote available inventory (new, surplus, or verified reels) against an RFQ.
PG-SOT323 footprint and reflow
Surface-mount in a PG-SOT323 (SC-70 equivalent) package. The common-anode pair shares the cathode connection internally, reducing external trace routing for clamping networks. Standard lead-free reflow profiles apply; no thermal pad or exposed paddle — the junction temperature limit is 150 °C, so derate power dissipation accordingly in high-ambient environments.
