Schottky pair in a SOT-23 footprint
The BAS7005E6327HTSA1 is a dual Schottky diode in a common-cathode configuration, rated for 70 V reverse voltage and 70 mA average rectified current per diode. The 100 ps reverse recovery time (trr) means it switches fast enough to clip ringing in high-frequency signal paths without adding a storage-time tail. Housed in a PG-SOT23 package (SOT-23-3), it shares the same 3-pin footprint as many general-purpose small-signal diodes, so a board layout already using a common-cathode Schottky in this package can drop this part in without a spin.
Forward drop and leakage at the operating point
At the rated average current of 70 mA, the forward drop will be higher, but the junction temperature stays within the 150°C max limit as long as the PCB copper carries the heat away. Reverse leakage is 100 nA max at 50 V reverse bias. For a 70 V-rated device, this leakage doubles roughly every 10°C junction rise, so at 125°C the leakage may approach a few microamps — still acceptable for most low-power signal conditioning, but worth derating if the ambient is near the 150°C ceiling.
