The Infineon BAS70-07WH6327 is a dual independent Schottky diode in a single SOT-343 (SC-82A) surface-mount package. Each diode is rated for 70 V reverse voltage and 70 mA average rectified DC current, with a forward voltage drop of 1 V at 15 mA. The 100 ps reverse recovery time makes it a fast-switching choice for clamping, steering, and OR-ing in low-power signal paths.
A 70 V Vr rating puts this above the common 40 V Schottky tier. On a 48 V telecom rail or a 24 V industrial bus with flyback spikes, that extra headroom keeps the diode out of avalanche during transients. The reverse leakage is specified at 100 nA at 50 V, so the standing power loss stays negligible in high-impedance sense circuits.
Two independent diodes in one footprint
The 2 Independent configuration means the cathodes and anodes are not internally tied — each diode can be wired separately. This is useful for dual-rail clamping, back-to-back ESD protection on a differential pair, or a compact OR-ing setup where two supplies feed a common load. The SOT-343 package saves board area compared to two discrete SOD-323s.
