Schottky pair for fast switching and OR-ing
The Infineon BAS70-06E6327 is a dual Schottky diode in a common anode configuration, housed in a SOT-23 surface-mount package. The 100 ps reverse recovery time makes it suitable for high-speed switching, clamping, and OR-ing applications where low forward voltage drop and fast turn-off are needed.
The 70 V reverse voltage rating covers typical 12 V, 24 V, and 48 V bus protection and rectification without derating concerns. The 100 ps trr is among the fastest in the SOT-23 Schottky class, so the diode introduces negligible switching loss in DC-DC snubbers or high-frequency signal clamping. Forward voltage drops to 1 V at 15 mA forward current, keeping conduction losses low in low-current signal paths.
