What this Schottky pair does in the circuit
The Infineon BAS70-05B5003 is a dual Schottky diode in a common-cathode configuration, housed in a PG-SOT23-3-3 surface-mount package. The pair shares the cathode, so the two anodes are independent — useful for OR-ing power rails, clamping, or steering logic signals where you need two Schottky barriers in one footprint.
Leakage and forward drop — the trade-off
Reverse leakage is specified at 100 nA maximum when the diode is biased at 50 V reverse.
Package and storage note
That means it arrives in a tube or bag, not on a reel for automated pick-and-place. If your line expects reels, you will need to hand-place or transfer to a carrier. The SOT-23-3 footprint is standard and matches the BAS70-05 common-cathode pair from other suppliers.
