Schottky for low-Vf rail protection and rectification
The Infineon BAS3010A03WE6327HTSA1 is a 30 V, 1 A Schottky diode in a SOD-323 surface-mount package. It delivers a forward voltage of 470 mV at the full 1 A rated current, which keeps conduction losses low in low-voltage rails and OR-ing applications. The fast recovery time — under 500 ns at currents above 200 mA — suits it for switching rectifier stages where reverse-recovery charge would otherwise eat into efficiency.
