Three fast-switching diodes in one SOT-363 footprint
The Infineon BAS16SE6327BTSA1 packs three independent small-signal switching diodes into a single PG-SOT363-PO package. The triple-diode configuration saves board area and reduces placement cost compared to three discrete SOT-23 diodes.
80 V blocking, 4 ns recovery — what the ratings mean
The 80 V reverse voltage rating provides comfortable margin on 24 V and 48 V industrial buses, and covers most 12 V automotive rails with derating headroom. The 4 ns trr is fast enough for snubbing relay coils, clamping inductive kickback from small solenoids, and cleaning up ringing on logic-level lines. Forward voltage drops 1.25 V at 150 mA — typical for a standard silicon switching diode in this current class. Reverse leakage is specified at 1 µA at 75 V, which is tight enough for low-power hold-up circuits but not intended for nanoamp-level battery monitoring.
