The Infineon BAS140WE6327HTSA1 is a 40 V, 120 mA Schottky diode in a SOD-323 surface-mount package, built for high-speed switching where every picosecond counts. Package and handling on site
SOD-323 (SC-76) is a standard two-pin surface-mount package. The cathode is marked with a band on the body — orientation is obvious under a loupe, even on a crowded board. No special hot-air station needed; a soldering iron with a fine tip and some flux will swap it in the field if the board has accessible pads. The PG-SOD323-3D supplier package code is Infineon's internal variant — same footprint, same thermal pad, no surprises.
