Dual Schottky in a four-pin SOT-143
The Infineon BAS 40-07 E6327 is a dual Schottky diode with two independent junctions in a single PG-SOT-143-3D surface-mount package. Each diode is rated for a maximum reverse voltage of 40 V and an average rectified current of 120 mA.
Forward voltage and leakage — the real-world tradeoffs
Forward voltage is specified at 1 V maximum when forward current is 40 mA. Reverse leakage is 1 µA at the 30 V reverse bias point, which is modest; at elevated junction temperatures (the device is rated to 150 °C max) leakage will climb, so budget headroom if the diode sits near a hot regulator or power stage.
Package and mounting
The PG-SOT-143-3D is a four-lead SOT-143 variant. It is a small, low-thermal-mass package — rework with hot air is straightforward if you preheat the board to 100 °C and use a fine nozzle. That pinout is standard for this dual-Schottky configuration, so layout and replacement are predictable.
