80 V, 200 mA, 4 ns trr — dual switching diode in TSLP-4-4
The Infineon BAS 16-07L4 E6327 is a dual independent switching diode in a leadless TSLP-4-4 package. Forward voltage is 1.25 V maximum at 150 mA forward current; reverse leakage is 1 µA at 75 V. The junction can operate up to 150°C. This is a standard-technology small-signal diode suited for high-speed switching, clamping, and protection in compact surface-mount designs.
The last-time-buy window has passed; no factory orders are being accepted. Sourcing is limited to surplus inventory held in independent distribution channels. Verify date codes and condition before placing a BOM line.
The 4 ns trr is the headline switching parameter for this diode. It tells you the diode can transition from forward conduction to reverse blocking in 4 nanoseconds, which is fast enough for secondary-side rectification in low-power flyback converters, snubber clamping in 48 V bus converters, and high-speed logic-level clamping. The 80 V Vr rating gives headroom for 48 V and 60 V bus rails with margin. Two independent diodes in a single TSLP-4-4 package let you implement dual-series clamp strings or a center-tapped full-wave rectifier on a very small footprint.
Sourcing this obsolete diode
Because factory supply has ended, availability is spot-market only. We source this part through our independent distribution network against an RFQ. Expect to provide target quantity and acceptable date-code window; we'll search across our broker and surplus channels for sealed reels or cut tape. Counterfeit screening is standard on any obsolete part pulled from the open market.
