Product details

Under-hood switching: 1.7 mOhm at 195 A

The Infineon AUIRLS3034 is an automotive-grade N-channel HEXFET MOSFET rated for continuous drain currents up to 195 A with a maximum Rds(on) of 1.7 mOhm at Vgs = 10 V.

Gate charge is 162 nC at Vgs = 4.5 V.

175°C junction: not just a number

This is not a 150°C part — the extra 25°C headroom matters when the MOSFET is bolted to a hot engine block or sitting next to an exhaust manifold. The 40 V drain-source rating keeps it in the 12 V / 24 V vehicle electrical system with margin for load-dump transients.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between AUIRLS3034 and IRFS3034?

The IRFS3034 is an older, non-automotive-grade HEXFET in a D2PAK package. The AUIRLS3034 is the automotive-qualified variant with the same basic die but rated for the -55°C to 175°C junction temperature range and built on Infineon's automotive production line. Pin-compatible in the same footprint, but the AUIRLS3034 carries the AEC-grade pedigree the IRFS3034 does not.
