The load supply range spans 6V to 35V, covering 12V and 24V automotive rails with margin for cold-crank dips and load-dump transients.
Qualified to AEC-Q100, the part is specified over a -40°C to 150°C junction temperature range — this covers under-hood and engine-bay environments where ambient temperatures reach 105°C and self-heating adds margin. The On/Off interface is non-inverting and requires no external Vcc supply — the switch is controlled directly by a logic-level gate signal, simplifying the microcontroller interface.
