Six-channel half-bridge driver in a 28-TSSOP footprint
The 6EDL04N02PRXUMA1 is a 6-channel, 3-phase half-bridge gate driver from Infineon's EiceDriver™ series, packaged in a 28-TSSOP (4.40 mm width) with a PG-TSSOP-28 supplier package code. It drives IGBTs and N-channel or P-channel MOSFETs in a half-bridge configuration, with six outputs arranged for three-phase motor or inverter stages. The supply voltage spans 10 V to 17.5 V, and the high-side bootstrap rating reaches 200 V, covering typical 48 V to 120 V DC bus rails in industrial drives and appliance inverters.
