With a transmit power of 19.5 dBm and a receiver sensitivity of -97 dBm, the module delivers a usable link budget of roughly 116 dB for 802.11b 1 Mbps — enough for a 200-meter line-of-sight link in open air, though the PCB trace antenna pattern and enclosure losses will reduce that in practice. The module supports 802.11b/g/n at 150 Mbps PHY rate and Bluetooth v4.2 with EDR, covering the common IoT connectivity stack for smart-home, industrial sensor, and retail applications.

Receive current ranges from 111 mA to 117 mA, while transmit current can reach 248 mA to 368 mA depending on the output power level and protocol — the 3.3 V rail must be sized for the peak transmit current plus a 20-30% margin to avoid droop during a Wi-Fi burst.
