The SMBJ90A-13-F is a Zener-type TVS diode from Diodes Incorporated's SMBJ series, designed for general-purpose circuit protection in surface-mount assemblies. Breakdown occurs at a minimum of 100 V, and the device operates across -55°C to 150°C junction temperature.
The single unidirectional channel protects one signal or power rail; power line protection is not supported — this is a secondary-side transient clamp, not a primary surge suppressor.
