Active production — 400W bidirectional TVS for 150V rails
The SMAJ150CA-13-F: It protects a single signal or power rail against transient overvoltage events. With a 150V reverse standoff voltage (working voltage), it clamps transients at 243V maximum, conducting 1.6A peak pulse current. The 167V minimum breakdown voltage ensures the device triggers before the downstream circuitry sees damaging overvoltage.
Housed in a DO-214AC (SMA) package, the device is rated for continuous junction temperatures from -55°C to 150°C. The SMA footprint is a standard surface-mount package compatible with reflow soldering processes. The part is available in Tape & Reel (TR) or Cut Tape (CT) packaging, suitable for both volume pick-and-place and prototype builds.
