The LPS3015-102MRC is a 1 µH ±20% shielded ferrite-core power inductor from Coilcraft's LPS3015 series, rated for 2 A continuous current with a saturation floor of 2.5 A. The 75 mOhm max DCR keeps conduction losses low enough that a 1 A step load stays within the thermal budget of the compact 2.95 mm × 2.95 mm footprint.

Parametric fit: current, DCR, and saturation margin

The 2 A continuous rating and 2.5 A saturation current give a 25 % headroom above the rated current — enough margin for the inductor to handle the peak inrush of a buck converter's start-up without the inductance rolling off.
