The -55°C to 150°C junction temperature range covers under-hood and engine-bay thermal profiles. Packaged in a DO-214AA (SMB) footprint, it is a surface-mount device suited for reflow assembly alongside other SMD passives. The single unidirectional channel protects one polarity line; for bipolar rails, two devices or a bidirectional variant would be needed.
