The 0ZCJ0110FF2E is a 1.1 A hold-current polymeric PTC (positive temperature coefficient) resettable fuse in the 1206 SMD footprint. The hold current (Ih) of 1.1 A is the maximum steady-state current the device carries without tripping at 25°C — size it so your normal operating current stays below this, with margin for ambient temperature derating. When a fault drives current above the trip threshold (It) of 2.2 A, the PTC heats up and its resistance climbs sharply, limiting the fault within 300 ms typical. After the fault clears and power is removed, it resets — no fuse replacement needed.

Rated AEC-Q200, this PTC meets the stress-test qualification for passive components used in automotive electronics — thermal shock, vibration, moisture resistance, and solder-heat reliability per the AEC-Q200 rev D standard.
