Rated for 250 mA hold current (Ih) at 25 °C, the 0ZCJ0025FF2E trips at 500 mA (It) within 80 ms — the fast trip time keeps downstream silicon below its I²t withstand limit during a sustained overcurrent event. Maximum interrupt rating is 100 A at 16 V, so this fuse clears a hard short from a low-voltage rail without rupturing the 1206 package.

AEC-Q200 qualified and listed with cURus and TUV approvals — the AEC-Q200 stamp means the part passed the stress tests (thermal shock, vibration, humidity) required for under-hood and cabin electronic modules, not just a consumer-grade temperature rating.
