The Bel Fuse 0ZCJ0020FF2E is a polymeric PTC resettable fuse from the 0ZCJ series, rated for a 200 mA hold current (Ih) and a 400 mA trip current (It) at 30 V max. The 100 ms typical trip time means it clears a sustained overcurrent fast enough to protect downstream wiring and components in low-voltage DC rails. After the fault clears, the PTC resets — the resistance drops from a post-trip maximum of 2.5 Ohms back to the initial 600 mOhms minimum, restoring normal circuit operation without a fuse replacement.
AEC-Q200 and the automotive deployment envelope
This part carries AEC-Q200 qualification, the passive-component stress-test standard for automotive electronics. Combined with cURus and TUV approvals, it is accepted in vehicle cabin and body-control applications where resettable overcurrent protection is specified.
