Fixed 3.3 V rail for precision bias and ADC references
The REF196GRUZ-REEL7 is a fixed 3.3 V output series voltage reference from the REF19 family, trimmed to ±0.3% initial tolerance and a 25 ppm/°C temperature coefficient. It operates from a 3.5 V to 15 V input and delivers up to 30 mA to the load, with a quiescent supply current of only 45 µA. Typical applications include precision ADC and DAC reference biasing, regulator tracking, and portable instrumentation where the combination of low dropout and low quiescent current matters.
The 30 mA output current biases multiple ADC reference inputs without an external buffer. The 45 µA supply current keeps the power budget tight in battery-powered designs.
