The REF195GSZ is a series voltage reference from the REF19 family, fixed 5V output, ±0.2% tolerance. Input supply range is 5.1V to 15V, quiescent current 45 µA, output current 30 mA, temperature coefficient 25 ppm/°C over -40°C to 85°C, 8-SOIC package.
For dual-sourcing or a drop-in alternate, the ADR293GRZ from the same manufacturer delivers a 5V output with ±0.2% tolerance and 30 ppm/°C drift, but note its output current is limited to 5 mA — a third of the REF195GSZ's 30 mA capability. The ADR292GRZ-REEL7 (4.096 V, 25 ppm/°C) is not a direct voltage replacement.
