Quad low-power op-amp, 500 kHz GBP
The OP400GSZ-REEL is a quad general-purpose operational amplifier from Analog Devices, delivering four independent op-amp channels in a single 16-SOIC package. Each of the four amplifiers draws 600 µA from the supply, keeping total quiescent current under 2.4 mA for the package.
The amplifier operates from a split or single supply spanning 6 V to 36 V total. Output is differential, which means the part can drive balanced lines or feed a differential-input ADC without an extra converter stage. Temperature range is commercial grade: 0°C to 70°C ambient.
Housed in a 16-SOIC wide-body (7.50 mm width), the OP400GSZ-REEL uses a standard surface-mount footprint. The supplier device package is 16-SOIC; the reel option (Tape & Reel) feeds directly into a pick-and-place machine without a carrier change.
