Single-supply precision op-amp for industrial signal chains
The Analog Devices OP113ESZ is a single-channel general-purpose operational amplifier in an 8-SOIC package, specified for industrial temperature range (-40°C to 85°C). It delivers a gain-bandwidth product of 3.4 MHz and a slew rate of 1.2 V/µs, with a maximum input offset voltage of 75 µV and input bias current of 240 nA. Supply current is 3 mA per amplifier, and the output can source or sink 40 mA. The part operates from a single supply spanning 4 V to 36 V, making it suitable for industrial control loops, sensor front-ends, and data-acquisition signal conditioning where a moderate bandwidth and low DC error are required.
75 µV offset — where it earns its place on the BOM
The 75 µV maximum input offset voltage is the headline precision spec. In a weigh-scale or bridge amplifier, that offset translates directly to a DC error at the output.
Package and mounting
Supplied in a Tube of 8-SOIC (0.154", 3.90 mm width) packages, surface-mount. The 8-SOIC footprint is standard for single op-amps; no special land pattern needed.
Lifecycle and sourcing
ADI lists the OP113ESZ as Active and ROHS3 compliant. For a BOM freeze or a new design, this part carries no imminent obsolescence risk.
