The 35dB of noise reduction is the headline performance figure. In a typical portable audio chain — say, a DAC feeding a headphone driver — this IC sits in the analog path and knocks down broadband hiss and power-supply artifacts by that amount. Enough to clean up a noisy ground plane or a marginal LDO without redesigning the power tree. The 2-channel count matches stereo line-level or headphone outputs.
