The Maxim Integrated MAX9730ETI+T is a Class G mono audio amplifier delivering 2.4 W into an 8 Ω load from a 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply. Class G architecture switches between two supply rails to improve efficiency over a linear Class AB stage — less heat in a tight 28-TQFN (4×4 mm) package with exposed pad for thermal relief.
