10-channel linear LED driver in 3x3 mm TQFN
The MAX6966ATE+T is a 10-channel linear LED driver from Analog Devices, designed for backlight and general-purpose constant-current LED drive. Each of the ten outputs delivers up to 20 mA, regulated by an internal current sink, with a maximum output voltage of 7 V. The driver integrates the switching elements internally, so no external MOSFETs or ballast resistors are needed per channel — the BOM stays tight for multi-LED indicator banks or small backlight arrays.
