It is a Simple Reset/Power-On Reset type — no watchdog timer, no manual reset input, just a clean power-good signal for a single low-voltage core rail. The open-drain output lets you wire-OR it with other supervisors or pull it up to whatever logic voltage the downstream reset input needs. The SC-70-3 package (SOT-323 footprint) uses three pins.

The 1.665V threshold monitors a nominal 1.8V supply. When the voltage drops below 1.665V, the reset output asserts low and stays low for at least 140ms after recovery.
