Dual-rail supervisor in a SOT-23-6
The MAX6829SFUT+T from Maxim Integrated is a two-channel multi-voltage supervisor that monitors two independent supply rails with thresholds of 1.05 V and 2.93 V. It asserts a push-pull, active-low reset output when either monitored voltage falls below its threshold, and holds reset for a minimum of 140 ms after all voltages recover.
The 1.05 V threshold monitors a core rail; the 2.93 V threshold monitors an I/O or auxiliary supply. The 140 ms minimum reset timeout is fixed internally.
