The MAX6747KA16+T: This output structure allows wired-OR connections with other open-drain reset outputs in multi-voltage systems. The reset timeout period is adjustable or selectable via external components, giving the designer control over how long the reset signal holds the system in reset after the supply returns above the threshold. This flexibility accommodates different power supply ramp rates and processor reset requirements.
The wide temperature grade suits it for deployment in engine control modules, industrial motor drives, and outdoor telecom equipment where the ambient temperature regularly exceeds 85°C. Housed in an 8-pin SOT-23 package (SOT-23-8), the device occupies minimal board area.
