Reset output and timeout
The active-low, open-drain output can be wire-ORed with other supervisors or pulled up to a voltage independent of the monitored rails — useful for mixed-voltage systems. The 140ms minimum reset timeout ensures the system processor has time to stabilize after power-up or a brownout event before being released from reset.
The SOT-23-6 package keeps the footprint small, but the thermal dissipation is limited — verify junction temperature under your load conditions.
It is RoHS non-compliant, so verify your assembly's exemption requirements if you need lead-free processing.
