Precision 2.5V reference for industrial and mixed-signal rails
The MAX6079ALA25+ from Maxim Integrated is a series voltage reference with a fixed 2.5 V output, ±0.04% initial tolerance, and a 6 ppm/°C temperature coefficient over the -40 to +125 °C range.
Housed in an 8-CLCC ceramic package (3 mm × 3 mm body, 8-LCC land pattern), the MAX6079ALA25+ is a surface-mount device intended for reflow soldering. The ceramic package offers better thermal conductivity and hermeticity than plastic SOIC, which aligns with the -40 to +125 °C temperature rating and use in humid or condensing environments.
