The MAX6010AEUR+T is a series voltage reference from Analog Devices that delivers a fixed 3V output with an initial accuracy of ±0.2%. Low-frequency noise is specified at 100 µVp-p and 200 µVrms. The 7 mA output current capability can drive a moderate load — think biasing an op-amp or supplying the reference input of an ADC — but don't plan on powering external circuitry beyond a few milliamps.
