This DAC runs on a split ±5 V analog supply and a separate 5 V digital supply. That means your board needs a bipolar analog rail — not just a single 5 V — to get the full output swing.
Surface-mount 24-SSOP, 5.3 mm body width. The tube shipping medium is fine for hand assembly or low-volume reflow; if you're feeding a pick-and-place line, verify the tube-to-feeder adapter for SSOP-24. Store the reels dry — SSOP is moisture-sensitive, and the tube doesn't protect against humidity.
