Six SPDT channels in a 4x4 mm package
The Analog Devices MAX4948ETG+T packs six independent SPDT switch circuits into a 24-TQFN (4x4) package, each channel rated for 1.8 V to 5.5 V single-supply operation. The -3 dB bandwidth reaches 300 MHz, making it usable for video or high-speed data paths, while -90 dB crosstalk at 1 MHz keeps channel isolation clean for mixed-signal boards where a switched ADC input or audio line sits next to a digital control line.
Switching speed and signal integrity
Turn-on and turn-off times are matched at 800 ns each. Charge injection is 10 pC.
No last-time-buy or end-of-life notices are in effect, making it suitable for both new design-ins and ongoing production builds.
