Quad SPDT switch with 4 Ohm on-resistance
Switching is fast: 18ns turn-on and 6ns turn-off max, so it can handle video or high-speed data muxing without introducing timing skew. Channel-to-channel matching is 150 mOhm, and off-leakage is just 500 pA — both specs that keep the signal chain accurate in multiplexed ADC front-ends or audio crosspoint switches.
Signal integrity specs that matter
Crosstalk is -114 dB at 1 MHz. Charge injection is 10 pC. Channel capacitance is 10 pF (off) and 20 pF (off on the drain side).
