Quad SPST switch with -70dB crosstalk at 1MHz
The MAX4620EUD is a quad SPST (normally-open) analog switch in a 14-TSSOP package. The -70dB crosstalk at 1MHz means channel-to-channel isolation is strong enough for audio multiplexing, precision sensor scanning, or low-level signal routing where bleed between channels would corrupt the measurement. The 300MHz -3dB bandwidth supports video or high-speed analog paths, though the 70 Ohm on-resistance will load the source — plan for a buffer stage if driving a low-impedance load.
Supply range and switching performance
Single-supply operation from 2V to 12V covers 3.3V and 5V logic rails as well as 12V industrial supplies — no negative rail needed. The 150ns turn-on and 80ns turn-off times are fast enough for sample-and-hold and audio muting but not for high-speed datacom switching. Charge injection is 5pC, which is moderate; expect a small glitch on the analog path during transitions, manageable with a hold capacitor in most applications.
