Quad SPST analog switch for precision signal routing

The MAX4614EUD+T is a quad SPST-NO analog switch with 10 Ohm max on-resistance and 200 mOhm channel matching. Bandwidth is 70 MHz; crosstalk is -96 dB at 100 kHz.

Supply range and switching performance

Supply range is 2 V to 5.5 V. Turn-on and turn-off times are 12 ns and 10 ns max. Charge injection is 6.5 pC.

Housed in a 14-TSSOP package (4.40 mm width), the MAX4614EUD+T is surface-mount and occupies minimal board area. The part is RoHS3 compliant.

For dual-sourcing resilience, the pin-compatible MAX4614EUD+ (non-tape-and-reel variant) is a direct drop-in; no functional differences exist in the die.
