Single SPST analog switch in a tiny SC-70-5
The Maxim Integrated MAX4594EXK+T is a single-pole single-throw normally-open (SPST-NO) analog switch in a 5-pin SC-70-5 package. It routes one signal channel with a 10 Ohm maximum on-resistance and a 300 MHz -3dB bandwidth, making it a fit for RF signal gating, video switching, and high-speed data-path routing in portable or space-constrained boards. Charge injection is rated at 2 pC, which is low enough to avoid glitching sensitive analog inputs in sample-and-hold or precision DAC output stages.
