Dual SP4T switch for precision signal routing

The Maxim MAX339ESE+ is a dual 4:1 analog multiplexer/demultiplexer (two SP4T switches) in a 16-SOIC package. Each switch has a maximum on-resistance of 400 ohms and channel-to-channel matching within 4 ohms. The single-supply range is 4.5 V to 30 V, or dual supplies from ±4.5 V to ±20 V.

At 100 kHz the crosstalk is -92 dB. Charge injection is 1.5 pC typical. Off-leakage is a maximum 20 pA. Off-channel capacitance is 3 pF on the source side and 6 pF on the drain side.
