Dual SPST analog switch for precision signal routing
The MAX322EUA: On-resistance is 35 ohm max, with channel-to-channel matching held to 300 m ohm — tight enough that gain error from the switch resistance is negligible in most inverting or non-inverting configurations. Off-leakage maxes out at 100 pA, so the switch won't droop a sample-and-hold cap between reads.
Package and mounting — 8-µMAX
The supplier device package is 8-µMAX. No exposed pad, so thermal dissipation is through the leads.
Switching speed and crosstalk
Turn-on time is 150 ns max, turn-off 100 ns max. Crosstalk between channels is -85 dB at 1 MHz.
