Quad SPST-NO switch with 10 Ohm on-resistance
The Analog Devices MAX313LEUE+T is a quad single-pole single-throw normally-open (SPST-NO) analog switch in a 16-TSSOP surface-mount package. Each of the four independent switches conducts bidirectionally with a maximum on-resistance of 10 Ohm and channel-to-channel matching of 300 mOhm, keeping insertion loss uniform across channels in multiplexed signal chains. The switch topology is 1:1 — one input, one output per channel — with break-before-make timing guaranteed by the 225 ns turn-on and 185 ns turn-off maximums. The part runs from a single rail of 4.5 V to 36 V, or from dual supplies of ±4.5 V to ±20 V.
