Technical details

Dual 8:1 analog multiplexer for signal routing

The MAX307CWI+T is a dual 8:1 analog multiplexer/demultiplexer in a 28-SOIC surface-mount package. Each of the two independent circuits switches with a maximum on-resistance of 100 Ohms, and channel-to-channel matching holds within 1.5 Ohms.

The 100 Ohm max on-resistance adds series attenuation. The 1.5 Ohm channel matching keeps gain error consistent across channels. Charge injection is 2 pC typical.

Supply rail flexibility and temperature grade

The supply range covers 5 V to 30 V single or ±4.5 V to ±20 V dual.
