The MAX25240AFFF/VY+ is a single-output step-up/step-down switching regulator from Maxim Integrated's Automotive, AEC-Q100 series. It combines a buck-boost topology with synchronous rectification to deliver up to 6 A from a 2 V to 36 V input bus. The output is adjustable with a fixed 11.5 V option, and the switching frequency is fixed at 400 kHz. The device operates across a -40°C to 150°C junction temperature range, covering the full under-hood automotive thermal envelope.
