The MAX20337ENT+T is a single-pole single-throw normally-open (SPST-NO) analog switch from Maxim Integrated's Beyond-the-Rails™ series. It routes one signal path through a 330 mOhm on-resistance with a 220 MHz -3 dB bandwidth.
The part comes in a 6-bump wafer-level package (6-WLP) measuring 1.31 x 0.83 mm. That is a tiny footprint — roughly the size of a grain of rice — which saves board space but demands a controlled solder-paste stencil and a reflow profile compatible with WLP assembly. For a prototype run, the Cut Tape option lets you order a few pieces without committing to a full reel.
