Quad 1A step-down in a 5×5 mm QFN
The MAX20022ATIA+ is a quad-output step-down (buck) regulator delivering 1 A per channel from a 3 V to 5.5 V input rail. Each output is adjustable between 1 V and 4 V.
Temperature range and where it runs
The exposed pad on the 28-TQFN (5×5 mm) package pulls heat into the PCB copper.
This is a current-production part with no LTB clock ticking. For a BOM requiring four 1 A rails from a single 5 V supply, the MAX20022ATIA+ consolidates what would otherwise be four separate buck converters into one 5×5 mm QFN.
